Convention Registration – Important Instructions
- August 20, 2010 is the deadline for pre-convention registration and discounted rates. Registration fees increase after August 20, 2010.
- One registrant per form. Provide registration information, as you would like it to appear on your badge.
- All registrations are subject to review and registration fee approval. InterBev reserves the right to adjust badge type and fee categorization and make necessary financial adjustments.
- Acknowledgment letters confirming registration will be emailed or faxed to the registrant. Read the acknowledgment carefully. If corrections or changes are needed, note them on the confirmation and return by fax (703) 934-4869 no later than August 20, 2010.
- Payment in U.S. funds may be made by check, American Express, Visa or MasterCard.
- All InterBev 2010 programs are accessible to persons with disabilities. If you require special accommodations or auxiliary aids, please notify us of your needs in advance.
- Replacement of lost or forgotten badges and tickets will cost the full on-site fee.
- Pre-registration closes on August 20, 2010. All badges will be available for pick up on-site at the Orange County Convention Center. After August 20, 2010, all changes must be made on-site at registration.
- Guests/Family Members who attend InterBev or its social events must register for the Convention.
- No children under the age of 16 will be admitted on the exhibit floor or educational/general sessions.
Cancellations
All cancellations will be subject to a $50 processing fee. To receive a refund for payment of registration fees, notification must be received in writing no later than August 20, 2010. Substitutions will be allowed. All substitutions for pre-registrants after August 20, 2010 will be handled on-site at the Orange County Convention Center Registration counter. Bring a copy of the registration confirmation letter on-site. Registrations cancelled after August 20, 2010 are non-refundable.
Hotel Reservations – Important Information
- Hotel reservations will only be accepted for registered convention attendees. Hotel reservations can be made on-line after you complete your on-line registration.
- InterBev has reserved discounted accommodations at the Peabody Orlando and the Rosen Centre hotels (adjacent to the Orlando Convention Center) and will secure reservations for registrants requesting accommodations prior to August 20, 2010. After this date, reservations will be made on an as-available basis directly with the hotel.
- A credit card number must be received to guarantee all hotel reservations. One night room and tax will be charged to the credit card at the time of the reservation.
- Hotels are enforcing a 72-hour or more cancellation penalty. This penalty is equivalent to one night's room charge plus tax. Please pay particular attention to your assigned hotel's deposit policy noted on your confirmation letter.
- To change or cancel reservations prior to August 20, 2010, please reply to the email confirmation (interbevreg@naylor.com) or note the change on your confirmation and fax to (703) 934-4869. After August 20, 2010, please contact your assigned hotel directly.
